Marketing Lead Generation Management (m/f/diverse)

You play the leading role in generating new B2B customer leads and are the link between our marketing and sales teams. Your main tasks involve identifying potential customers on suitable channels, reaching out to them, and creating new leads for Plunet.

In your daily work, you maintain an overview of our internal processes and contribute your own ideas on how we can manage our customer relationships in the best possible way, in consultation with marketing and sales. In addition to your focus on lead generation management, you support your marketing team in ongoing projects with agile methods and consider how we can improve success monitoring for marketing and sales activities.

Your profile

  • You have studied or trained in Marketing/Economics or have other knowledge and experience in these areas.
  • In addition, you have experience in lead generation, preferably from the field of sales and business development.
  • You are familiar with the common tools for project management, marketing, and monitoring, and already have experience in social media marketing and marketing automation.
  • You are happy to approach people and have very good communication skills – conveying different perspectives is easy for you.
  • You have a very good command of German and English (written and spoken)
