We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (m/f) for our translation management software to join our international team in any part of the USA in remote.

In a nutshell

  • Technical support, 1st and 2nd level (ticket system, telephone, e-mail, remote and on-site maintenance), to start immediately – get in touch if you are a trained IT specialist for system integrations or are looking for a career change
  • Supporting the implementation management and 3rd level support (development) as well as error analysis and fixing faults

Your profile

  • You have trained as an IT specialist for system integration – talented career changers are also very welcome to apply
  • You have sound knowledge in the field of hardware/software, specifically with regard to Microsoft operating systems (Microsoft Server, Exchange Server and Desktop, Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Virtualization)
  • Knowledge of databases (MySQL, MS-SQL) and web servers (Apache, Tomcat, IIS)
  • You are comfortable working at the interface between development, implementation and sales – this is where you can fully demonstrate your service- and customer-oriented work attitude
  • You are a quick learner who can work independently, are committed and have proved that you can work well under pressure in the Support field
  • You can use your English skills with both colleagues and customers
  • German skills would be a nice to have
