Plunet GmbH, with offices in Berlin, Würzburg, and New York, develops and distributes the Business and Workflow Management Software “Plunet BusinessManager”, one of the world’s leading management solutions for the translation and localization industry.

In a cross-departmental team of product owners, UX/UI designers, and developers, you will work for and with our customers to find solutions and implement them successfully together with our product team. Your responsibilities

  • As part of the product management team, you will work closely with the sales team and potential customers. You will be the process consultant, in charge of understanding the business requirements of potential customers, and converting them into practicable solutions together with your team. You will define features together, assess project phases, and plan and supervise complex projects from start to finish.
  • You will act as the point of contact for the customer and the Plunet team involved in the project.
  • You will verify the implemented solutions with the quality assurance team.
  • You will be a reliable contact person for our customers and support them with change requests, particularly with regard to the potential effects on the product and/or the project.
  • You will also support our documentation team by creating project-related internal and customer documentation.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in Business Informatics/Computer Science or similar technical training.
  • You already have experience working as a Project Engineer or Solution Architect in the B2B software industry. In addition, you can quickly familiarize yourself with existing applications, you know about working with APIs (REST/SOAP) and connecting to existing systems.
  • You are knowledgeable about software development and can share your views on current IT topics.
  • You have an understanding of different systems that can be integrated, such as financial accounting, CRM, ERP, CMS or similar.
  • Ideally, you already have some experience working in the translation industry and with Plunet.
  • You have a very good command of German and English (written and spoken, C1 level)
  • Furthermore, you have a sense of humor and you find it easy to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
