Manage Translator Queries with smartQuery and Plunet

Berlin/Vienna, March 6, 2015 - Now, it is even more convenient to manage the often time-consuming task of managing translator queries and save costs simultaneously: smartQuery and Plunet BusinessManager work together seamlessly to the benefit of language service providers (LSPs) and translation departments.

All queries are centrally stored and can be searched in multiple ways. So, all the know-how you or your client subject matter experts have created is safely stored. You will never have to ask or answer the same question twice again.

Project managers in Plunet can always keep track of queries for all their projects. In the tracking view of smartQuery, all open projects can be filtered according to the client, project, language, users, etc., which are read directly from Plunet. Also, a project manager can always check if all queries of a particular project have already been answered – in real time!
