We want to involve more Plunet users in our product development processes because we believe user-centered design is the key to create features and interfaces that are based on the user’s needs.

What do the research activities look like?
User interviews
A video call between the Plunet User Experience team and you. We will ask questions about your Plunet experiences, your routines and challenges. Your answers help us to understand different use cases better and implement necessary changes.
Testing
You will get the chance to test concepts and prototypes and give us instant feedback. The tests range from ideas that are in an early concept stage to sophisticated features that are about to be released.
Surveys
Short questionnaires to gather information on specific topics. Occasionally, we will invite respondents for an interview to ask more in-depth questions.

What happens after I sign up?
After you click on the red button, you will find a short questionnaire asking you to provide some information about yourself and your organization. These details help us to make sure we reach the right participants for each project.
Do I need to have any particular role to participate?
We are looking for all types of users and roles. Having different points of view is a vital factor for our research—your unique perspective is valuable to us. All Plunet users in any type of organization and with any level of experience can participate.
Do I need to be willing to do all types of research?
No, you always have the choice to participate or not. When we contact you for a research project, we will provide you with the topic and the details of the activity. You can then decide if you want to take part in the project.
Can more than one person per organization join the community?
Yes, definitely. We want to unite several people per organization in our Plunet Research Community. Our research activities are directed at all types of Plunet users. This also helps us to plan our projects and reach the right participant for each project more quickly.
